When we spoke to someone at Home Serve that was understanding of our problem, our call was exemplary. The young lady had referred us to a representative from McGuire Plumbing, he came out and assessed the problem , back a couple hours later fix the problem and he said that our plan covered everything. This was a really good day. No problems with the gas valve since. I'm glad I have Home Serve. And just an FYI I have it for all my utilities. Thanks Barry & Flo Pica

The fix is only temporary, the actual problem is not resolved. The actual problem should be addressed and fixed. The repair people will not even put a camera in the pipe to try and resolve. Poor service from HomeServr

My hot water heater went out Sunday evening so I called HomeServe and spoke with Anissa(Not sure of the spelling ) who was extremely helpful. She took my information and put me on a short hold to put in a work order. The contractor (Mayse and Sons) called me at7:45 Monday morning to tell me he was on the way. Alex was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I know have a new water heater.
