Our gas heating system was making an awful sound when it kicked on. I called HomeServe to report the issue. We got a call back from within hours to set up an appointment for the repair. Serviceman came and within 40 minutes our problem was fixed. Labor and parts covered in full! Highly recommend everyone to HomeServe. I’ve had coverage for my heating and ac for years! They’re great!!!

After the plumbers came-they were quick to identify the problem, called Home Serve- explained what they found to be the problem-Home serve approved what they needed to get - they got it, put it in- it worked, covered most of it up again and left - they were polite and respectful—-Thank all of you !
