It was a good experience and got better when the cause of the problem was determined and repaired. Third time was a charm.

I received a call and they wereable to fit me in on the same day. The workers were efficient and kept me informed as to what my problem was. They left the work area exactly as when they arrived.They were very polite the entire time

I had a tech here to do a yearly tune up on heating system. He left told me everything was good and it was then that I realized heat was still running but cold air was coming out of the vents. And heat was set on 80 degrees. He obviously did something wrong!!!! I then made numerous phone calls toHome serve and asked that this tech come back today and fix what he did. No one came!!! Very unhappy!!!

The contractors were helpful and explained what was happening and what needed to be done

They did a good job as usual. The clogged drain was not in the usual place. The problem was between washer hose and main line. i think when he used the washer it cleared out what was stuck. I will try that in the future before calling you.

I was misled once to believe that a plumber could fix my problem with a sewer smell in my bathroom an then I was misled again when the plumber came and told me that he could not help but that Homeserve would send someone out to do a test that would help. Lastly, I was told by a Homeserve rep. that they would not help because the test was not covered.
