The service is ALWAYS delayed by HomeServ, and it's generally left INCOMPLETE. I am not sure if you hire certified and licensed contractors. THIS electrical job is a small one, yet after 3 Trips it is still NOT fixed. HomeServe Insurance is useless...

Overall everything was good. The company that came out did an excellent job.THE DOWN SIDE IS THAT IT TOOK 3 DAYS IN ORDER FOR A VENDOR TO SHOW UP. I ENDED UP RENTING A HOTEL SO MY FAMILY AND I COULD SHOWER.
