I was to be contacted by case manager Crystal G and Jade D at 11am today to discuss my claim. Neither called at the appointed time after I received an email and two text messages reminding me that they would call. I have had good service prior to this, but this was unacceptable behavior from them both. Ihave electrical problems that I believed are caused but broken circuit breakers and was hoping to get this matter resolved.

Your worker was on time and pleasant. Thankfully, there wasn't this great big job that I was anticipating! He found the problem and as of this date I'm not complaining at all.

I wasn't satisfied one bit I have coverage for outside electrical service which I have bare wires showing outside my home the electrical wires goes into my breaker box and my Breakers keep on popping and they refuse to replace my wires trying to charge me an extra $600 for a upgrade on my electrical breaker box I am not happy one bit I hope my house does not get burnt down because of somebody not doing their job right personally the outside electrical lines that goes into my house should be covered with my breaker box it goes to my breaker box they will not replace outside lines unless I pay the extra $600 to have somebody upgrade my electrical box I've been paying on this for years not happy

I called and spent a vet 30 minutes talking to a rep and they hung up On me. The report that was submitted by the plumbing company was not What was told was explained to us. The Report submitted stated everything was fine but the technician showed my husband where the lines were not Lined up anymore.
