I had a clog in my kitchen drain and called HomeServe to ensure coverage. They took it from there and contacted a plumbing company immediately. The clog was cleared by the next day. I could not be more pleased with the process and results.

THE SERVICE MAN SHOWED GREAT RESPECT AS HE CALLED BEFORE HE CAME. THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 8:30 A.M. AND HE CALLED AT 8:15 A.M. HE SHARED WITH US WHAT HE FOUND AND WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, DID HIS WORK, CLEANED UP AND LEFT. WE ARE WELL PLEASED!!!!!
