Our experience in using Homeserve was great. We had some broken pipes under our kitchen sink that wouldn't turn on and a Main shut off valve that wouldn't turn the water off. We didnt know how to fix it. But, I remembered that we had insurance so I called Homeserve that evening and a plumber called and scheduled to come out the next morning. The plumber came out the next morning and quickly identified the problem and how to repair it. He was professional and did an excellent job. Thank you Homeserve for offering this service to homeowners!
