There was an older guy and younger that came the front door was open so they could come in and go straight to the basement the young guy did it right the older guy went through the garage into kitchen were the painter was painting painting through the dinning room to basement there was water all the way and he left the door open wide when he left got in his truck and gonehe did not have permission to come through the garage

They responded, they came by appointment, two people, one came in, didn’t smell the sewer smell, the other checked outside for a drain, they said there was no visible damage, nothing they could do, they gave me suggestions on how to clean out the drain and left
