I have not been contacted to go over the completion of repairs. Communication has been very poor with contractor. Not sure which claim this is as I had two claims with same contractor.

Did not show up on time. I paid for someone to wait and never showed. Then someone else came next day. Only fixed something minor. Wanted morey to fix something and that could be done by a handy man.
