From the time the representative said I would need a new tank was one day, the tank was available and installed within two hours. I was given information about the tank and all was clean when done.

I reported a water supply line leak to HomeServe on September 8. I asked if the work could be placed with True Plumbing who had done excellent work on a previous occasion. HomeServe placed the job with Kremer (sic?) plumbing. They came out the same day. But we never saw them again. I called HomeServe on Sept 14, 17, and 19. On the 14th contact with Kremer got reassurances. On the 17th I called 811 and found no ticket had been requested for our address. The latter calls resulted in no contact with Kremer , as I understand it. Finally on Sept 20 discussion with HomeServe placed the job with True Plumbing who has been working closely with us with the current issue being getting 811 to mark the lines. Meanwhile the water has been flowing at an estimated rate of $30 per day. ....About $600 since the leak was reported. Selection of the wrong plumbing contractor resulted in a 12 day delay in getting the work started.
