Placing a claim was very easy. The communication with updates was great, however I just can’t understand when receiving a new water heater it is necessary to have an expansion tank. It wasn’t a huge deal that I had to pay $165 for it just not understanding why that wasn’t apart of my warranty.

Very easy way to get our furnace repaired. A simple call to HomeServe, they in turn contacted a repair service and they were here the same day.

The young man came at the appointed time and got busy trying to find the problem with my kitchen ceiling light. It was literally flashing off and on off and on. He thoroughly checked the wall switches, took apart the light on the ceiling and checked that and found the problem. He fixed it! He was very respectful and pleasant, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Using HomeServe give piece of mind. They are always quick to register and report our issues and have a tech contact us for the next portion of the process, namely the repair of the appliance in question. I've had great luck using HomeServe and the various techs they use. Each third party company is vetted by HomeServe and that's always another worry that we don't have to deal with.
