From our initial call on Saturday afternoon to the repair the following day the service was excellent. Scheduler contacted us within 30 minutes of my initial report. Email communication was spot on and timely. The gentlemen that came were very friendly, professional and answered all our questions with professionalism, even though they probably answer the same questions on every job. We could not be happier with the Home Serve processes. We felt very taken care of.
