The 2nd company sent was good. Gave very clear information, listened and answered all questions.The first company they told me was coming; never called for 2 weeks, or showed up.

Upon calling in my service request. Customer service reps were not familiar with the contract and repeatedly stated my request was not covered. I had to direct them to the contract and page indicating service was covered. the contract plumber that was sent out was unprofessional and rude and was asked to leave from my home.

Service person identified that a line leak was present where the water company failed. However, he told me the water meter was defective and I should notify the water company. The water company then found the meter working properly and the leak was from the main to the meter not from the meter to my house.My thanks to your guy for setting this all in motion.

The plumber you sent (David, I believe his name was, from Total Plumbing) was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and good at communication, answering any questions I had as to why I had the leak under my kitchen sink in the first place. After he installed that "S" shaped pipe (called a P trap, I believe) very sturdily, he then filled my sink with water to be sure it didn't leak. He even went down my basement where the water pipes originate to be sure everything was all right at the source. His work was done very well and I've had no problems whatsoever since. Thank you, David, for such a good job.

I enlisted in the sewer service, called when an issue came up.Received prompt action and contractor did a excellent job!I highly recommend joining.
