Had a blockage in my pipe system for upstairs bathroom. You sent one company and they said they could not fix the problem, would have to go through my ceiling. However they were here on time and professional. You called Roto-Rooter and they fixed the problem without going through the ceiling. Also, roto-rooter had a picture of the service man so I would recognize him, that was thoughtful and I appreciated that. Problem is fixed and I am a happy, satisfied customer. Thank you so much for your services.

Someone came out from McAtee, they didn’t have the proper equipment, and no one came out to finish the job, so I called MaAtee and they rescheduled me, but it was for days later, I called back to get a sooner appointment with another company with Homeserve but because of companies being short staffed they scheduled me days later, with another company, but they didn't show up, no call, no show. Then I called Homeserve back, and they sent another company out, Drain Wizard, and then the job was complete. I get that the companies are short staffed but they need to contact the consumer to let then know instead of having ppl waiting and then no call, no show.

Texas quality plumbing came out for the service call.He checked out everything. Explained what was happening and made sure that everything was ok during his visual inspection.I wish he could have ran a camera view, but was not allowed to do that. Have to wait until a blockage is into the house.Or visible at the drain out I guess.This plumbing company servicing the call out was very responsive to the call and represented Home Serve very well.

the tech did his Job. when he got to me the only complaint I have they say you can call for emergency service .that is not true at all they send someone the next day
