Our washing machine absolutely died with pieces falling apart. Holly was fantastic and responsive in scheduling two repair technicians come out. Ultimately it was determined repair was not an option and Holly facilitated getting $ for a replacement sent over.Nice work HomeServe. I really appreciated the prompt and very courteous and kind help in snaking out a clogged sewer line that caused my basement drain to back up and flood the basement. Your plumbers are very professional, proficient and good at explaining the work to the home owner.
