Nate, the serviceman, was excellent. I am disappointed that Home Service does not consider my highly corroded gas line to be under their service agreement because it has not actually fallen apart, yet. The gas company considers it "dangerous." Nate sent them a picture of the pipe but that doesn't qualify me for coverage, because they would rather wait until "dangerous" turns into "emergency." I am going to try again to see if they will fix my line, since for all intents and purposes, it is indeed broken.
