The plumbers did not fix toilets; just got rid of the clog...Need new guts or a new toilet and you will not help me :(.

I was truly surprised how responsive you were! I recently had a HORRIBLE experience with American Home Shield. I anticipated the same here, was very pleasantly surprised. Not only spoke to live person within a couple minutes of placing my call, but even got a follow up call to assure all went well.

We had the exterior waterline protection plan. We had a leak that they wanted to spot fix but the three plumbers that I retained told me that the whole water line needed to be replaced. Home serve did not approve the whole line just a repair- so I paid for it out of pocket and canceled my service. Buyer beware! And after the waterline was removed they were three previous repairs done which were all leaking.

My call was dealt with professionally and quick. The company that came to check on our AC, was prompt and knowledgeable …I was very impressed with Home Serve and company that repaired my ACI will be looking into what other things they cover, I have Water Heater and plumbing with them as well.

Response from Homeserve Rep was timely and professional . Home serve followed thru on the repair plan procedure just as described . Contractor was timely and very knowledgeable and explained the plan fully before beginning . My issue was a water heater and the contractors worked efficiently and were very professional . They made sure everything was tidy and met my satisfaction .

I called in my first claim - plumber was scheduled for the next day - was a clogged sink drain that turned out to be difficult to clear - used a machine and it was fixed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Great communication also.
