HomeServe is SO prompt in getting service to take care of my issues. I've used them twice for plumbing issues recently and they responded immediately! I've very thankful I have this service. All of the technicians that showed up were very polite and knowledgeable and remedied my problems!!

The serviceman was prompt, and efficient. The price for the repair was outrageous. Even with the discount that you provide; the additional charge did not account for the work to be done.Really disappointed with the original plan promise.

You did not provide service. I had to find my own repairman and it cost me $1160 to get the repair made. The leak was in the main water line. Your people insisted it was my sprinkler system and that was my responsibility. This is your expense and I expect you to reimburse me.
