Very pleasant and efficient experience dealing with the Home Serve representative. The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment was scheduled immediately and with a very reputable company. The company showed up on date and on time and completed the repair to my cooling system in under two hours. (That included travel time to go and get a replacement part.) I was extremely satisfied with Home Serve,

Called in a claim and was able to have a serviceman at my home the next day and repair made. How often do things run that smoothly? Never, but in this case they did.
