Bad five years with you guys and what you are doing with me thanks all the service goodbye

We were called immediately after I called Homeserve. The technician made an appointment for the next day and he was great! Very friendly, thorough, gave great explanation of our problem, and fixed our problem.

He was professional and did a great job I have no complaints

As usual, the staff at home serve were knowledgeable, professional and concerned for our well being. They had the contractor, who was also knowledgeable and personable contact us very quickly to arrange a time to service our AC. The contractor quickly had our system up and running

Called first time had water pipe burst shut water off waited 3 hours for plumber to call no one called called back to to see what’s going on talked to Brian second time very good to talk too handled the problem and had us a plumber to our house in a hour

The CSRs were very pleasant. I called on a Tuesday morning to have someone out to unclog my bathtub/shower (it the only one I have) the CSR said I would be getting a call to scedule someone to come out; Wednesday morning came, still did not receive a call so I called again, was put on hold while the CSR spoke to dispatch, was told some would call to set up a time for Thursday morning; Thursday morning came still no call, so I called, again, after a brief hold the CSR told me someone would be out that afternoon (I did nt speak to dispatch). The plumber did come a few hours later-he was very pleasant and professional- it only took a few minutes to unclog the drain but it should have taken 3 calls from me to get a plumber out.
