Homeserve quickly addressed my initial request, and I was contacted by a local contractor immediately, A technician visited almost immediately. When a quick follow-up was needed, Homeserve again was quick and the follow-up came quickly again. It appears my situation is now completeky resolved.

The service was excellent and pretty quick. What I would have like,was for the water company to have woke me up at 12;47am to cut my water off instead of allowing gallions of water to run down the street, of which they expect me to pay for. I hope that I won't need your service in the near future but am I glad that I had it when it was needed. I told my friends that if they didn't have Homeservie that they should get it. Thanks again for a job well done.
