Had a leak on my shower. Called you guys. Plumber came out and cut a hole in our closet to get to the plumbing. You guys deemed this a fixture so it wasn’t covered. Google plumbing fixture and see what you get. Nice wording to avoid paying. Thanks! I could go on and talk about the constant backup of sewage in my basement. I clean the waste out of my basement floor and you send someone to clean out the pipe. In a few months we’ll do it again. Let’s not fix it just keep putting a band aid on it. Why should you all care you are not the ones cleaning poop off the floor. Please use my feed back for advertising. Here’s a few quotes “HomeServe makes you clean poop off the floor” or “HomeServe makes you pay for fixtures…inside your wall”
