The problem was not fixed. The sewer line is still backed up. Your contractor wanted over $1000 to ameliorate the situation. I ended up calling my regular plumber and he snaked out the drain for under $400.

Michelle, from Home Serve assisted me, in scheduling a plumber to come, for the problem I was having with my toilet. She was great! The plumber was very professional. He fixed the problem in no time and then explained what was causing the problem.
