I had an HVAC guy and a plumber both come over the same day... the DAY they were supposed to be there and the TIME they said they'd be there. The Homeserve staff set the appointments up so fast and soon, something that doesn't easily happen these days. Both of the Fellas that helped me were so nice and awfully young for as good as they were. I really, really appreciate how the whole thing happened and I thank you so much!!!!!

It is now over two weeks since I made my first telephone call to describe my problem. There have been about ten calls to and sometimes, from people in Tennesse, Texas, Miami, St Johns County and my problem has not even begun to get fixed! I'm waiting again for another return call?
