As a Marine and having worked in the Customer Service Business with General Motors for over 20 years, I rarely fill out these experience questionnaires unless the service was extremely poor or extremely GREAT! I would like to thank HomeServ for using XtraMile as one of their vendors and to thank XtraMile for sending out Seth Williams for my plumbing repair. Seth was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard to get my water, up and running. And, in a timely manner! From my initial call to HomeServ until the completion of repair, the experience was GREAT! If I ever have repairs that need immediate attention in the future, which I hope I don’t. Will you please send out XtraMile in general and Seth Williams in particular. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS ABSOLUTE FINEST !Thank you again HomeServ!
