The leak ended up being a broken gate valve I didn't even know was there. The guys from McAtee plumbing, Christian and Gregory S. Dug down 32 inches to find it. They repaired the leak by removing the gate valve and installing a loop. They did a great job and I am 100% satisfied. Great job guys!!!!

Underground exterior leak detected on my front lawn last Tuesday at about 4:00 pm. Called your emergency number for help. I was told a plumbing company would call following day (Wednesday). No call was received. I called again on Thursday and told plumber could not come out as yet. I called and requested a different contractor. Atlantic highlands plumbing showed up about 5:00 pm and offered to come back next day to turn off water and hook up to neighbors water via hose. I was told digging on my property was not possible until water subsides. Repair finally made on Saturday morning! All I could say is your so called emergency service is a joke! I will share my unpleasant experience with family, friends and neighbors.

Problem has not been fixed, again… every few months we can just expect to have sewer line back up into our home?

I had to pay for 2 service calls on my refrigerator and the refrigerator could not be repaired. I understand if the appliance cannot be repaired but thought that home serve would have given me a reimbursement on second service call because the refrigerator was not repaired. The company that came out was great and Sam Prioleau was wonderful.
