The problem with the freezer has not be resolved, I was told by the technician “Sal” to use “cooking spray” he sprayed cooking oil on the rails inside the freezer so he said that it would help stop the accumulation of ice. We were told to continue using cooking oil spray on the rails + remove everything from the fridge unplug the refrigerator for 48 hrs nothing has been resolved - the issue with the freezer continues it’s still producing ice and it’s still a reoccurring problem.
