I very much appreciated the prompt action that plumbing agent McAtee took to return to my premises and replace the leaking pressure valve in my hot water heater. The Technicians were professional and were forthright in answering several technical questions I had and about the the claim process.

The Young Lady (Claudia) that was sent out to check my Aircondition knew what she was doing! I watched her and she explain everything she was doing to me, when I asked questions and she explained to the other Young Lady she was training! She worked fast and hard! I’m a Senior Citizen and I appreciate her good, clean work! Look out guys, here she comes!!

We are seniors. We are pleased and impressed with the timeliness of the response from WSSC and HomeServe. Once we detected we were losing water, we called HomeServe and they had Paramount (Plumming contractor) out there the very next day; not only with the equipment but had contacted Miss Utility … they did the necessary markings and dug and identified the leak…fixed the leak … next day WSSC inspected and Paramount covered the hole. Just waiting for contractors to return and restore the lawn. All was done within 3 days. There was nothing but a courteous, pleasant and efficient experience throughout, with everyone involved. HomeServe promptly addressed the water leak in our front yard. And when the first contractor was a no-show, they equally as promptly sent another (Enrique from Silverado Plumbing) was an excellent choice for us! Even though it turned out to be an uncoverable expense this time, we feel HomeServe did a great job.

The plumber who came last week to open the stoppage in the pipe leading out of the sink knew what he was doing and he was very friendly.

Eddy and Enrique were awesome. Explained what the issue and looked for the best solution to clear the blockage. I appreciated there patience with my many questions.

A tree on my yard sent its roots around and broke the main PVC water pipe to my house. Palm Beach County water authorities visited within an hour and diagnosed the issue and shut the water upon my request.I called Home Serve and had a short conversation describing the problem, they scheduled a plumber visit (Her & His Plumbers). The next morning the plumber arrived and repaired professionally the leak replacing the broken parts.Excellent courteous and professional service of Home Serve.It was encouraging to know that there are insurance services that worth every dime paid and the work they provide to solve an urgent problem is outstanding.Great Experience. I would recommend to everybody to enroll in the HomeServe protection plans.

Your company was very responsive in tending to our needs. The plumber from Stott was very pleasant and it didn't take long and he had the main drain unclogged.

We have been having trouble with the drain in our bathtub. It does not drain when taking showers and we need to plunge it many times to clear it enough to take a couple of showers but then it cloggs up again. The plumber who came to fix this said that the problem is with a bull drain that is attached to the bathtub drain. He was afraid to try to remove the cover of this bull drain device since it may break the other tub drain piping.We feel that if this is the problem then it should be fixed under our Home Serve contract. We were told to call home serve again when this happens. This is not what we expected when we entered this contract.The tub has clogged several times since the plumbers visit but we have company visiting and are reluctant to go through another plumber visit , only to be told they are afraid to fix the problem.
