Home Serve is great, but I was not impressed with the plumbers sent to my home on Friday, Aug 26. They needed to replace the wax seal on toilet but when they put the toilet back the adjustment was off so the flapper chain kept getting caught and not closing. I ran out to tell them the toilet is still running. One came back in and told me to lift the lid to tank and just push the flapper down to close. What?!?!?!? Why should I do that. Just make the adjustment please. You didn't put the toilet back correctly. My dad came over and in two minutes turned the thing and the flapper now does not get caught and closes properly. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Poor work but quick work...I guess that's why. Also...the toilet bolt covers were not put back so now I have bolts sticking up and have to get covers. If I need to call you guys for a plumber again....I will request someone else. Thank you. Have a good day.
