The lights are not all fixed. I was told that one fixture could not be fixed because it had to have a wire extension of about 15' and it would need a junction box (code requirement) or a 15' wire run to it. So could you tell me why that flood light is nonfunctional? What do I not understand. They were quick to quote me a $552 charge to replace 4 fixtures. (material cost less than $50). That's pretty good hourly wages. Did except until I thought about it. I than canceled it. He wanted to charge me $290 cancellation fee, which we negotiated down to $99 (service fee), which I questioned as he was already here. He did than cancel that also, so there was not extra costs. Overall he did a good job of what he did electrically, but it isn't totally functional and the "BAIT AND SWITCH" bothered me.

The service we got was excellent and quick . We are really happy with the service, we received I did claim online after 10 pm on Friday they called me quick to set up the appointment and told me between 10am and 2pm on Saturday . Everything was fix by 11 am I couldn't be happier Thanks
