Work completed on time.

The contractor was actually ahead of schedule which was great considering my issue. They were courteous and took care of the issue without any concerns and they even cleaned up afterwards!

Such a pleasant experience from the phone call with an appointment 2 days later at my request to the friendly tech who cheerfully showed up on time and had everything fixed within an hour.

Diagnosed, did the work. Efficient!

Professonal and effective

Had to pay $642 out of pocket to replace a hot water heater that only cost $550 at HD. Plumber charged o er $2000 total for a hot water heater. Not sure where I saved at.

The people at Home Serve with whom I spoke were well informed, kind and prompt in their service. The only problem I had was that the first company they sent to my home, Proven Professional Contractors, was not worthy of being on their provider list. I had a leak in my water line. It took them two and half weeks to come verify the leak, file the paper work and then set a time to come and repair it. At that time, the technician reported he could not find the leak and my meter was not running. Had the City of Raleigh come out and put in a new meter (at a cost of $50.00) only to tell me there definitely was a leak. Fortunately, I then had the GOOD fortune to be put in touch with Hers and His Plumbing and their technician J B. He came on Monday, fixed the inside water turn off valve in my crawl space and called Leak Locators. That company came the next day and found the leak in 30 minutes. BJ returned that Friday and repaired the leak in about an hour -- and left the area as neat as he had found it. Had it not been for him and His and Hers no telling what would have happened. My last water bill was well over $200 (including the new water meter) and it never should have come to that had Proven Professional done their job. I appreciate all that HomeServe did and I will call you immediately if there is any question involving water in my home or yard. My only request is that you only refer Hers and His to come out and assess the problem -- preferably JB -- who is extremely skilled and a real asset to that company. Thank you.

We experienced excellent customer service from Home Serv, as well as from the vendor Tempus was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend both!

They scheduled me at my convenience and were flexible about timing. They solved all of my problems and gave me service one business day after I called. The only thing I would improve is that they emailed me with the appointment instead of calling or texting. I only accidentally saw the email and might have missed it as only don't check all day long.

Contractors were flexible with scheduling, came on time and offered helpful advice on top of doing the job in a timely manner.
