My HWT was leaking bad. Was given the number of the contractor assigned the job. I followed up next day.was told they would contact me once they’re in the office at 8am.No one called me .9:45 I called back and they wanted to give me a 6 hour window. The tank been leaking overnight. I thought if there was a water issue someone would be out asap. Was this not a emergency? Very disappointed

HomeServe is good. Billie followed up immediately for a not-so-hot rating on Whitney. The guy still took a perfectly good capacitor that I want returned.
