My claim was handled efficiently and promptly. Status info on my repair was also good. Once he arrived the technician identified the problem quickly and repaired accordingly. He was very pleasant and professional.I would have rated my experience as excellent if I had received same day service. I had to deal with standing water in my dishwasher, kitchen sink and utility sink that had overflowed. Couldn’t cook or do laundry until the repair was completed. Also, I was not provided info on what the repair costs came to.
