We had an HVAC issue in the summer. HomeServe had somebody out to us within a day who is able to take care of the issue. Moreover that person made us realize how important proactive maintenance was so we're working on that right now! Thanks very much for the timely service.

i would rate Home Serve the best. I cannot be more satisfied in the timely manner my requests for help have beenresolved with the companies that have done the work needed. Several times it has been Hers and His Plumbing.Their expertise is so much appreciated by me. So glad I am a member of Home Serve.

The service call was accomplished in the time window 1-4 pm. The outside sewer line was cleared and all toilets flushed. However everything that came of the clean out was left in my flower bed for me to clean up. I’m a senior citizen with a disabled spouse. I would think clean up should be part of the service call.

First plumbing company assigned never called. After waiting a day the second company Rooter Express showed up and did a fantastic job in finding the issue and fixing it. Very satisfied with the service.
