We were so pleasantly surprised. We called Home Serv on Monday by Thursday morning we had a wonderful crew show up. There’s a few adjustments that need to be made. No money out of our pocket. So seamless. Thank you so much.

We had an exterior water line break early Saturday morning. Called HomeServe and was told that we were on the critical list. Four companies wound up being assigned, two of whom actually called, and told us they could not be there until Monday. We were without water into Sunday when HomeServe notified us that Houdini Plumbing was dispatched. KC from Houdini showed up around 1:30. He was a breath of fresh air. He went right to work and found the broken pipe. After assessing the damage, he fixed the problem and then checked all of the faucets inside and outside the house to insure that the problem was fixed. KC is to be commended for going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. HomeServe kept focused on getting someone out to our house to fix a critical problem. Our monthly fee for the service was well spent and the right person came out to help us on a Sunday. Thank you!
