The plumber from Lanzo Plumbing was very nice and was able to snake the kitchen drain thoroughly. He was also very neat and didn’t leave a mess.

Came a day early and corrected the problem.

I had ALWAYS assumed that the home warranty companies just looked for the convenient way to NOT cover a repair. Wow, was I badly mistaken… I had a water leak in an outside water line and located my policy. I called the 24 hr hotline service for Home Serve and I was almost immediately connected to a live representative. They told me that they would issue a claim, and within 10 mins I had a confirmation from the company that accepted the bid. Afterwards, I read MANY online reviews of that company and I was dumbfounded by their 2 star rating. The following day I contacted Home Serve and voiced my concerns about the company. The gentleman that I talked to said “no problem “ and promptly gave me 3 other names to choose from and one of them was Pipe Techs. I chose them and within 15 mins received a call from the office of Pipe Techs and I was told that they could send someone right over. Within 30-40 mins the technician showed up, and he located the leaking water line and called his office, who in turn called Home Serve and he told me that the job would be covered 100%. NO deductible, no arguments, and it didn’t cost me a dime. I couldn’t believe it, and I couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative of Home Serve for honoring EVERYTHING that the policy stated. I am blessed to be a Home Serve customer and I have recommended your company to my neighbors and co-workers. I hope that you receive many customers because of your service. Thank you again and if anyone out there is “on the fence” about buying a Home Serve policy… do NOT hesitate, call today!!!

Excellent customer service with HomeServe. Had no problem filing my insurance claim with the representative. Rep took a brief summary of my plumbing issue sent a referral to Basin Plumbing. Fast action by both HomeServe and Basin Plumbing resolved my plumbing issue in a very satisfying reasonable time. Thank You

Contractor ruined my kitchen and should not be paid and i will post this on face book You should be careful who you send out I only wanted my bathrooms toilets to be flushable and not to send sewer to my basement floor I was taken advantage of as a senior citizen because when they left my kitchen sink is not usable I want to speak to the president of the company

Homeserve took my request to repair my French drain. When the contractor arrived he was confused. His company doesn’t repair French drains. So he left and said he would contact your office to clear up the mistake. I haven’t heard from you after that.

So fast and easy. Had a plumber at my house in no time!So happy to have Home Serve!

I've always received a call back same day and had the problem addressed the same day. This was my air conditioning and I waited 4 days. I had to keep calling home serve to get the status. The final result was fine but the communication to begin with was very poor
