The first company that was sent out did not correct the problem. The gentleman did not take the measures necessary to clear the lines. I called HomeServe again and by my request they sent Prime Plumbing who had been at my house previously. He cleared the line, ran a camera, and discovered the only issue is a line that runs at a bend. Nothing was broken and it was nothing in the way of clearing the line. I will continue to request Prime Plumbing when I call for service.
