Excellent service from HomeServe. We needed immediate help with a backed up sewer line on a Saturday afternoon. HomeServe's customer service rep put us in touch immediately with an excellent plumbing contractor who arrived at our house ready to work at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. The problem was remedied within two hours and our technician was polite and competent. Our HomeServe contract covered all costs.
