Very prompt and courteous services provided

The contractor sent told me the entire unit would have to be replaced because they were not able to repair the existing unit. Since they were not able to do the replacement because of the brand of gas fireplace and replacement is not covered I hired a qualified technician who was able to fix the unit with a cleaning and service. Didn’t even have to replace a single part. I feel like I wasted at least three years of regular payments and an initial service fee. Would really appreciate a call from the company to discuss a refund. Consider hiring contractors that know what they are doing. I immediately canceled my account. Will be doing the same for my water heater contract.

Not sure why I'm paying for insurance if it does bot cover to replace parts???
