I was told that my service request was covered. When the service man artrived, he said it was not covered and would not perform the service. I spoke with the main office and they said they will retrain the person who took my initial call. I had to call someone else and pay for the service. It took an additional day. I want to be reimbursed for my cost and time.

Called Home Serve at around 11:00 on a Saturday morning. Within an hour had been contacted by plumbing company and before afternoon was over technician was at the premises.

Excellent customer service! Was stressing when my AC was not functioning correctly but the Home Serve rep made everything easy and had a very good contractor come by the same and resolve the issue. Highly recommend this company.
