We contacted Entex and told then our hot water heater evidently went out. They sent two men to our house to check it out. The company acted quickly. The men were polite. The problem came later after they left our home.We have two boys that recently left for the marines. I had just packed up their bedrooms. Our home is quite large and only my husband and I live there. My grand-daughter came to spend the night the next day. She went upstairs in my son's bedroom to find the ceiling had caved in. Sheetrock covered the room. My husband went upstairs and took a look at it. You could see the imprint of a foot on the edge of the clasped ceiling. This bedroom was directly under where the hot water heater was installed. The bedroom was covered with sheetrock.I called Entex the following day and they connected me with a women at home Serve. They said they would call the company and call me back. I stated, I had been trying to get a person from the company but no one answers the phone. To this date I have not heard from Entex or Home Serve and the sheetrock is all over our bedroom.

The customer service person was most helpful in arranging for a local plumbing company to come out before the system backed into the house. The follow up text contacts were terrific and most reassuring.

Called Homeserve and they handled it immediately. The plumber they have under contract was clean and professional. Extremely happy. Always worry when you buy service warranties but Homeserve came through!!!! Well worth the money!!

Home serve really stepped up to the rescue when I had a gas leak, got a contractor (an unusual one) out within a couple of days and got all of my gas leaks taken care of. Home serve is a must have for insurance when life throughs you a curve ball!
