Spoke to a Homeserve representative who was professional and explained procrss to me. Vendor called ne within minutes to schedule appointment. Very pleased with Homeserve and vendor for quick response and excellent service.

I called the call center and they dispatched someone to come out the next morning at 10:00am. Thank you for running the snake through the line and for being courteous on the phone at the call center and the plumber.

If there were zero stars, we would give negative 100 stars! We have had HomeServe for many years, and have had the same COVERED problem happen several times and was promptly repaired with no issues. This time when we called, our issue was all of a sudden NOT covered. Upon speaking with a supervisor, the issue was resolved between HomeServe and the plumbing contractor, and work was to continue. Within literally seconds of getting the approval to work, another person from HomeServe called and said to halt all work, and that it would not be covered...Leaving us swimming in sewage. NEVER AGAIN will I use HomeServe!

My case was never entered properly and I had to call back three times to obtain a contractor.
