It wasn’t so great at first, but it ended up being excellent. The first representative I spoke with, was very lazy about getting service but when I called back, I got someone else who understood the issue and hooked me up right away.

Very happy. We had a call from the plumbing contractor within an hour after placing the call to Home Serve and the repair was completed within an hour afterwards.

Good experience. Call was placed on the weekend and was handled electronically. There were some adjustments that had to be made to the service call once the Technician got here.

The clog was fixed by the tech., however, there is a small leak on the pipe that was replaced. I may have to have someone come out and look at this problem.

The fact that the day after I called I had a new water heater was a great occurrence. Then when the leak occurred and I failed inspection it took approximately a hour to get to the right person. I talked to several people and finally the problem was solved the following day. I was not advised however by anyone at Home Serve that I was required to install a 220 watt on and off switch. Thank goodness Mr Messer advised me otherwise I would have failed inspection again.
