Thanks for the excellent response time and service provider that was sent to my home. I am very pleased with the choices made to help keep my home in good condition. I would like to recommend both HomeServe and plumbing contractor that did the work.

It was easy to schedule. Very courteous and professional scheduler.Also, Longs corporation is such a good company to deal with.The plumber they sent to my house did a great job. He knew exactly what to do and solved the problem. Richard was also great and scheduled the job quicklyThank you.

your Tech has been to my house twice and today will be the third time for the same problem. It is costing me money to be here waiting on him to come fix a shoddy work that that he performed on the first visit. this tech was arrogant and argumentative telling me your Home Serve Reps does not know what they are talking about. If and when this repair is complete, I do not want this person back on my property.

The work was not satisfactory completed. Created more problems and restoration was halfway or poorly done. It’s such an effort to get anything done and each time I call HomeServe I talk to a different person and I have to keep stating the same information over and over again.
