It was not explained to me when the plan transferred over that it was a repair only! I would have purchased the replacement. I am only getting $10.52 for a water heater that will cost me $1,330.

I would give 5 stars but the first company that came out to fix water line leak had only 2 days from the day I called in available which was a Thursday and I called on a Tuesday. When they finally did come out, they "fixed" the issue and then Saturday rolled around the leak was a full on stream in my yard. I called homeserv and they sent me back to the same company McAtee and they had no one available until following tuesday as they don't work on Saturdays and a full stream in my yard because of their shotty work. I was concerned panicked and furious. Called homeserv back and the next rep, very compassionate and sympathetic took it upon himself to find someone to get to my home that evening. I had someone out there within 2 hours and the gusher was fixed. I would stop using McAfee LLC as they are terrible with service and quality of work. They are making you all look bad at least in my case. Webster plumbing was fantastic and responsive...at least so far. I believe your rep's name was zach...I think. Whomever it was did a wonderful job.

Leak broke through concrete after we had left Toms River for vacation, HomeServe handled everything easily, leak detection showed up early my first morning back and the repair was completed by 11.
