The plumber who cleaned out our drain was very good and very fast. He was here at 8am on a Sunday. We really appreciated that! I'm happy we had HomeServe and will continue with them.

Repair company was OK. Customer service, problem solving were so bad I am thinking about cancelling all of my policies, of which I have many. I felt deceived.

No service provider shown up, just one person showed up to mark electric and gas lines marked. Still waiting for the pipe repairing person
