This company is great. Anytime I have had to place a service call they have been prompt on placing the order for repair. I would recommend this company. It is great to have auto pay.

My claim was denied for the usual reasons and excuses. In my opinion, Homeserve fits the perfect mode of home warranty companies, if you don't need a repair, everything is fine. However, when a repair is needed, every excuse in the books is given to deny the claim. I have canceled my plan with Homeserve and would not recommend this company to anyone I know. Poor customer service and taking care of a long-term customer. In my opinion, do not waste your money with a plan from this company because when you put a claim in, you will still end up paying for the repair after your claim is denied (my opinion)!

Redundant errors… ie…. Different reps telling me it’s a plumbing issues then they send a tech and then I’m told it’s a heating issue … all the while my property is being damaged
