Everyone was professional. I liked the contractor who had come out the last time the water pipe broke. Home Serve has patched/repaired this problem at least 4 times now and you still refuse to replace the whole pipe even though there is clear evidence that the PVC pipe is worn out. it's a waste of money to patch it. You refuse to see that. The contractor advised total replacement last time and again this time. The problem is with Home Serve, not the contractor.Unfortunately it took from Tuesday morning to Friday morning to get the pipe scheduled and fixed. Once the men arrived they had the job done in less than 2 hours.The entire time the water was gushing out of the ground and flooding our lawn. It's a terrible waste of good water, especially when we hear about our precious resources being wasted.

The assigned tech came as scheduled to address the failure of the Water Heater, and successfully resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and educated me as to the failure and functionality of my specific make and model. I have been monitoring the unit since the repairs and I am pleased to say that it has been functioning well.
