The dispatcher did not provide the technician with the correct information as to where the problem was. The technician did not understand or speak English clearly so it was hard to communicate.

I needed my dryer repaired and no repair person could come fix it. I had to find a repair man myself and send in reimbursement paperwork. Haven't heard if I'm receiving a reimbursement or not. Not very happy with this so far .

First of all, it was hard trying to find a way to contact HomeServe without digging out the policy. The repairman was four hours late, which ended up ruining an entire Saturday. When he arrived, he did not inspect the units, only stated that the inside unit coil needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to add several pounds of coolant that we had to pay for out of pocket. By the next day, the a/c was not blowing cool air again. We had no choice but to call a more reputable repair company, who found the coolant leak in the outside unit, which is being replaced today. Using HomeServe actually cost us more money than it should, and we will be canceling *all* of our HomeServe policies because of this incident.
