Real bad! It seem as if the Homeserv team had trouble communicating with each other. Nothing went right and then they made it seem as if it was my fault. I requested to speak with a supervisor for several days and was told one was not available. The whole ordeal taught me a valuable lesson keep an emergency fund so if you return from vacation when it’s over 100 degrees outside and fine your air is out you can simply leave again until it’s fixed.
